An original watercolor by one of Chester County, Pennsylvania's foremost artists, Norwegian Cutter is a striking example of this area's heritage. Exceptionally large, this 44" x 69" watercolor awaits a home where its splendor can be appreciated . . . an entrance foyer to a corporate office or a high-ceilinged wall above a fireplace.

Recently reframed with a stunning deep blue suround and linen matte, an antique sleigh sleeps on a summer porch in Sugartown, Pennsylvania. Very fortunate friends of the artist will remember Norwegian Cutter as a snow-dusted winter version of the same scene, sent as Christmas cards several years ago.

Currently displayed at a gallery price of $24,000, serious bids are being considered for the sale of Norwegian Cutter starting at $19,000 for Christmas '95.
