How can I get a free report?

We offer free Personal StarBio reports that are just like our Celebrity StarBio reports. These natal horoscope readings are samplers of our full length SuperPower Reports.
TIP: You can use this feature to run one of AdZe's StarBio reports for any celebrity who is not currently offered in our directories, as well as for yourself and your friends!
And, we offer free Personal Daily Horoscope reports that are an abbreviated version of our Great LifeStyle Planner reports.
We also offer samples of all of our full-length reports in our Scopes Mart. This includes AdZe's Venus Files compatibility report and the Great LifeStyle Planner transit reports in adition to the natal SuperPower Report sample. These free reports include charts, or "wheels", and are delivered both to your browser window and to the email address you provide.
TIP: Be sure to double-check that you have entered your email address correctly. We cannot guarantee delivery of email reports.

How can I order a full-length report?

Start with a visit to our Scopes Mart to choose the report you want. Here you can also choose whether you want to have your report delivered to your browser immediately, or printed and delivered to you via Priority Mail.
Next, click on the "buy" button for your report choice. This will take you to the order form. Note: A slight delay before the order form loads is normal -- intense security is being invoked.
Our order process for the onscreen delivery of your report is in four steps. In Step 1, you will need to enter your birth information -- name (as you want it to appear in your report), plus date, time (if you know it), and place of birth. If you are ordering a compatibility report, you will need the birth information for both people.
TIP: If you are familiar with the precise latitude and longitude of your birth place, you have the option of entering this information in our order form. You can also choose among several House systems. Our default is Koch, because it was AdZe's preference.
Step 2 requires your credit card billing information. Step 3 is your opportunity to double-check all the information you have provided, and to go back to make corrections, if necessary.
When you click the Confirm button at the bottom of Step 3, your credit card information is verified by the credit card processing company. In Step 4, you are notified of your approval status.
Next, scroll down and click the View Report button at the bottom of your screen. Your report is then delivered to your browser window.
If you choose a printed report, the order process is in two steps. In the first order screen, select your report type, and provide all birth information as well as delivery address. The second screen requires your credit card information. When you submit this information, we process your payment information and fill your order offline.

What if I don't know my time of birth?

If you would like information about how to request a copy of your birth certificate, click here. If you are unable to find this information, we recommend that you use 12:00 PM for a "natural" chart.
TIP: An accurate birth time most significantly affects positions of the moon, ascendant, midheaven and the houses. With a careful review of your personal history, an astrologer can determine your exact time of birth. This procedure is called "chart rectification."

What are my payment options?

The most common form of payment for all of our reports is credit cards. For reports delivered onscreen, we accept Visa and MasterCard, and your payment is processed online while you wait. For our printed reports, you can choose Visa, MasterCard and American Express. These payments are processed offline when we fill your order.
We accept checks for all orders. For onscreen report delivery, please fill out the information requested in Step 1 of our order process, and print (or copy down) the information requested in this form. Then Submit this information (very important), but do not continue with the online order process. For printed reports, please fill out the information requested in the first order screen, and print (or copy down) the information requested. It is not necessary to submit it.
Next, include all the information requested for your order along with your check or money order made payable to MOTTASIA Inc., and send to: MOTTASIA Inc., PO Box 3485, West Chester, PA 19381-3485.

MOTTASIA Incorporated guarantees your satisfaction with a no-questions-asked money-back warranty to demonstrate our confidence that you will be pleased with your personalized AdZe MiXXe report. In all cases, we will first attempt to resolve any issues you may have to achieve your satisfaction.

How do I save my report?

In order to save your report, go to the File menu of your browser, and select -> Save As. Browse through your files to an appropriate folder/directory. You may want to rename the file so that it is easy for you to remember, and adjust the file-type ending from ".CGI" to ".HTML" so it is easier to find. Then click the Save button.
In order to save your chart wheel, place your cursor/pointer over the chart and, PC Users -- click the right button of your mouse, Mac Users -- press and hold down the mouse button. When the menu appears under your pointer, choose Save Image as.... Then, browse through your files to an appropriate folder/directory, and click the Save button.
In order to view your report or chart wheel again, go to the File menu of your browser. In Microsoft Explorer, select -> Open, click on the Browse button, navigate to the report you saved above, and click the Open button. In Netscape Navigator, go to the File menu of your browser, select -> Open Page, navigate to the report you saved above, and click the Open button.
TIP: Try opening your files after you have saved them to make sure they have been saved properly. If you have a problem saving your report, click here.

How can I print my report?

In order to print your report, go to the File menu of your browser and select -> Print. Your report should print from the web page just like a document from any other application.

How can I bookmark/favorites my report?

Please do not try to bookmark/favorites the reports you order from our Scopes Mart. They are only stored on our computers for a short time. Instead, print or save your report when you receive it.
TIP: Be sure to double-check your email address when you place your order to ensure delivery of the text version to your email account. You can choose to have it sent to a friend's account instead, if that is more convenient.
If you are unable to print your report or store your report files due to limited storage space, you can find one of the many services that provide free data storage on their servers over the Internet, typically about 5 megs per client. Or, sign up for one of the free, online email accounts, and have your report sent there for storage and easy access from any computer.

The information contained in all of our reports is based on the information you submit in our order forms. Please check all fields carefully before you submit your order.
If you have received one of our free reports and you find an error, you are welcome to fill out another order form to receive a new one. There is no need to notify us.
If you have received one of our paid reports and you find an error, please contact Customer Support and give your Order Receipt Number number along with the correct data. To avoid billing your account twice, please do not place another order.
