Exchange & Return

You can return/exchange the goods purchased on our website within 10 days after it is delivered to you. Products that are being returned may not be worn, washed or damaged.

Reasons for the return (exchange) of goods on the part of the Buyer may be as follows:

the size: style, color, length, etc.., did not fit;
the shade of the received goods differs from the shade of the model from the photo on the site.

Reasons for return (exchange) by seller mistakes:

wrong ordering;
presence of defect/reject.

Return the goods only in full package, with all packages and labels, in unused form together with a receipt for paıment (invoice) to our address:

Please note that shipping and customs costs for return will be paid for by the customer.

Please use the local shipping service for a return so that there are no problems and be sure that all expenses are paid for by you.

After the goods are returned to us, your goods are inspected, and in case of compliance with the return conditions, your money are refunded in accordance with the payment method when ordering.

Exchange

After checking the goods for compliance with the terms for the exchange, we will send the desired product within 3 working days.

If the product isn’t in stock we will refund you the price of the product in the same way as your initial payment was made.

Exchanges can only be made within the any model with a different color/size/number. You cannot exchange your product for a different price of product.
