You can register for the order, or without registering on the site. If you are not a user of the site, fill out the quick purchase fields on the right side of the site. If you are a user of the site, enter the information you entered when registering. Select the product (or several products), add to the basket, then go to the "Trash" section, fill in the address fields and select the payment method. However, choosing a purchase without registration, you can not check the status of orders. In this case, contact the support center.

Orders processed on weekdays are forwarded to the delivery service within 24 hours (in the presence of goods in the warehouse), while those issued on weekends or on holidays will be shipped on the first working day. The order will be delivered to the specified address within 5-15 days. Upon the arrival of the order, an SMS message will be sent to the postal department, with a delivery notification to the address, to the specified beneficiary's number.

Before delivery, the courier will notify you of the exact delivery time and if you are not at the address, contacting the nearest branch office will be able to receive your order.

Your order is sent to you with the most appropriate shipping company according to your country or with DHL.

By clicking on the "My Account" section of the main page; you can follow the status of your current order in the "My orders" section of the opening page. An email will be sent to you when your order is shipped. By entering the tracking code on the delivery company page, you can find out where your order is located or you can contact the support center of Adze.

After adding the product to the shopping cart, go to the page, where product information is displayed, enter the code in the box at the down "Coupon code" and click the "Apply" button. With each purchase, you can only use 1 coupon, it can not be combined with other coupons.

If you want to make changes to your order, you need to inform our customer service representative during working days (09.00-18.30), which you can contact us on our customer service line 0850 532 23 93 or +90 543 532 93. If the order is not transferred to the delivery service, delivery of your order will be immediately suspended. If the order is transferred to the delivery service, the return conditions will be fully applicable. Adze.com reserves the right to cancel the order with a refund.
