Togg announced its October 2026 campaign on 3 October, and this time the headline item isn't the financing table: it's 3,000 kWh of free charging and a 20% discount at Trugo stations. Car news sites usually lead with "zero-interest loan," but for an EV owner the real question is different: how far does 3,000 kWh get you, what is it worth at market charging rates, and what does that discount actually leave in your pocket over a year?

In this piece we break down the charging side of the campaign item by item. Every figure here is calculated using October 2026 list prices and published charging tariffs.

What's actually in the campaign?

Togg's October 2026 campaign runs on two separate tracks.

1) Financing — zero interest, but only on short terms

Here are the 0% interest options offered to individual buyers on V2 trim levels:

ModelLoan amountTermMonthly payment
T10X V2400,000 TL12 months33,334 TL
T10X V2600,000 TL8 months75,000 TL
T10X V2800,000 TL6 months133,334 TL
T10F V2600,000 TL12 months50,000 TL
T10F V21,000,000 TL6 months166,667 TL
T10X / T10F 4More1,500,000 TL10 months150,000 TL

Let's be clear about one thing: zero interest applies only to short 6–12 month terms. If you want a longer term, the table changes — on the T10F V1 Standard Range, for example, a 584,980 TL down payment plus a 1,300,000 TL loan over 48 months at 2.95% works out to 59,653 TL per month. In other words, the 48-month options carry interest; whenever you see the phrase "zero interest," it pays to check the term.

2) Charging — 3,000 kWh plus a 20% Trugo discount

Buyers who opt for 48-month financing receive 3,000 kWh of free charging (valid for one year) and a 20% discount at Trugo stations. This is the part of the campaign with the most concrete math behind it.

How far is 3,000 kWh, and what's it worth?

Let's convert to range first. The long-range Togg T10X moved to a new LFP battery in June 2026, raising capacity to 89.6 kWh, with stated consumption of 17.5 kWh/100 km.

  • On paper: 3,000 kWh ÷ 17.5 kWh/100 km = roughly 17,100 km
  • In the real world: with highway-heavy driving, winter temperatures and air conditioning, consumption can climb to 19–20 kWh/100 km. That puts you at roughly 15,000–15,800 km

Since average annual mileage in Turkey sits in the 15,000–20,000 km band, 3,000 kWh amounts to all or most of a full year's fuel bill.

Now the money side. As of October 2026, public charging tariffs in Turkey look like this:

Charging typeMarket rangeMarket average
DC fast charging9.90 – 16.49 TL/kWh13.66 TL/kWh
AC slow charging5.90 – 11.19 TL/kWh9.91 TL/kWh

Which gives 3,000 kWh the following cash value:

  • Used entirely on DC fast charging (market average 13.66 TL/kWh): roughly 41,000 TL
  • At Trugo's DC tariff (14.98 TL/kWh): roughly 44,900 TL
  • Used entirely on AC (market average 9.91 TL/kWh): roughly 29,700 TL

So the charging component is genuinely worth somewhere between 30,000 TL and 45,000 TL, depending on how you charge. Against a sticker price in the 1.9–2.4 million TL band, that's a tangible benefit equal to roughly 1.5–2% of the purchase price — and unlike the "zero interest" headline, the math isn't up for debate.

One important detail: the allowance is stated as valid for one year. If you drive less than 10,000 km a year, you may not use all 3,000 kWh, in which case the realised benefit drops to the 20,000–25,000 TL range.

What does the 20% Trugo discount save in a year?

This is the part that kicks in once the free kWh allowance runs out. Trugo's current pricing puts AC at 9.95 TL/kWh, while DC starts at promotional levels of 12.00 TL/kWh and runs up to 14.98 TL/kWh. A 20% discount brings that 14.98 TL/kWh DC rate down to roughly 11.98 TL/kWh — a difference of 3 TL per kWh.

A long-range T10X driver covering 15,000 km a year at 17.5 kWh/100 km uses roughly 2,625 kWh. Charged entirely on discounted Trugo DC:

  • Without the discount: 2,625 × 14.98 = 39,323 TL
  • With 20% off: 2,625 × 11.98 = 31,448 TL
  • Annual saving: roughly 7,900 TL

That's not pocket change — but it's tied to a single network. In practice, most drivers don't live with one operator: on the road, you pull into whichever station is free. So it's more accurate to read this discount not as a guaranteed saving but as a meaningful bonus if you live near Trugo coverage.

T10X charging performance: what does 180 kW mean?

Campaign aside, the car's charging capability is one of its genuine strengths in this segment.

  • DC peak power: 180 kW
  • 20% → 80% time: 28 minutes; 26.5 minutes on the new LFP version
  • Battery: Standard range 52.4 kWh / Long range 88.5 kWh (89.6 kWh with LFP)
  • WLTP combined range: Standard 314 km (487 km city) / Long range 523 km (748 km city)
  • 0–100 km/h: 8.0 seconds on the LFP version (up from 7.8, due to 20 kg of added battery weight)

What that means in practice: on the 89.6 kWh long-range version, going from 10% to 80% takes roughly 62.7 kWh. At the public DC market average, that's about 857 TL; at Trugo's DC tariff with the 20% discount, about 752 TL. On the standard-range version, a 20–80% session is roughly 31.4 kWh — about 429 TL at the average DC rate.

Converted to cost per 100 km, the picture sharpens: roughly 239 TL/100 km on DC fast charging, and roughly 173 TL/100 km on AC (home or workplace type). Compare that with covering the same distance in a petrol C-SUV and you can see where the gap comes from — and the 38% spread between AC and DC explains exactly why the advice is "charge on AC whenever you can, use DC on the road."

How it compares (October 2026)

Tesla Model Y RWD2,474,000 TL~60 kWh (LFP)~534 km170 kW—
Škoda Elroq2,481,600 TL (promo)————

The table says something clear: 180 kW of DC charging power and an 88.5 kWh battery at the 2.2 million TL mark is an above-segment combination. The KONA and Niro compete on range, but with roughly half the charging power, their stops on a long trip take almost twice as long. Taking a 523 km car from 20% to 80% in 26.5 minutes is an operationally very different experience from filling a 460 km car in 45 minutes.

Note: Tesla's Model Y price in Turkey went up again in October 2026, and for the Škoda Elroq we left the technical columns blank because we couldn't match them to a verified source beyond the promotional price.

So who is this campaign right for?

Adding it all up:

  • If you drive 15,000 km+ a year: you'll use the full 3,000 kWh allowance and realise 30,000–45,000 TL of value. This is the campaign's strongest scenario.
  • If you drive under 10,000 km a year: part of the allowance goes unused; budget the benefit at 20,000–25,000 TL.
  • If you can handle a short term: the 0% interest 6–12 month options are a real advantage. If 33,334 TL a month (400,000 TL over 12 months) is manageable, you pay no interest at all.
  • If you want 48 months: you're into the interest-bearing table — and since the free charging allowance is tied to that term, the two have to be weighed together. In the 1,300,000 TL / 48 months / 2.95% scenario, total repayment climbs to 2.86 million TL, which makes a 41,000 TL charging allowance look rather small by comparison.

In short, the appeal of this campaign doesn't come from getting "zero interest plus free charging" at the same time — it comes from reading correctly which advantage applies to which term.

Frequently asked questions

Is the 3,000 kWh free charging allowance given to every Togg buyer? No. Under the published campaign terms, the allowance applies to buyers choosing the 48-month financing option on V2 trims. If you're paying cash or taking a short-term 0% interest option, you should get written confirmation from the authorised dealer before ordering as to whether the same benefit applies.

Can the free charging allowance only be used at Trugo stations? Because the campaign announces the free kWh allowance and the 20% Trugo discount together, it appears the allowance is tied to Togg's own charging network. Whether it's valid at other operators hasn't been clearly stated — and that's the single item most in need of clarification. There are 26 different operators publishing tariffs in Turkey and most drivers don't stick to one network, so this restriction is what determines the real-world benefit.

How much does it cost to fill a Togg T10X? On the long-range version, going from 10% to 80% takes roughly 62.7 kWh. At the October 2026 market average of 13.66 TL/kWh, that's about 857 TL. On AC charging (average 9.91 TL/kWh), the same session drops to about 621 TL. On the standard-range version, a 20–80% session costs roughly 429 TL on DC.

Can I use the full 180 kW DC charging power at every station? No — the speed you get is capped by the station. To see that 180 kW peak you need to plug into a DC unit rated at least that high, with the battery at a suitable temperature and the state of charge low. On a 60–90 kW DC unit the session naturally takes longer; on an 11 kW AC unit, a full charge of the long-range version takes hours. That's why, when planning a long trip, a station's kW rating is the first thing to check after connector type.

Whichever car you buy, once the campaign's kWh allowance is used up, what determines your charging bill is which station you use, at what tariff, and how long you wait — and that's exactly what we're building for across ADZE Charge's 50+ locations and 850+ sockets throughout Turkey.
