1. General Provisions

These terms of use govern the conditions for EV charging services, website (adzesarj.com) and mobile app provided by ADZE Enerji Teknolojileri A.Ş. ("ADZE Charge"). By using our services, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

2. Service Description

ADZE Charge operates EV charging stations across Türkiye and provides the following services:

AC and DC EV charging services
Station finding, charge initiation, and payment via the mobile app
Authentication and charge access via RFID card
Charging station installation and operations consulting
Investor partnership models

3. Membership and Account

To use our charging services, you need to create an account in the mobile app. You are responsible for the accuracy and currency of the information provided. Account security is your responsibility; do not share your password with third parties.

4. Use of Charging Services

You may only use our chargers to charge electric vehicles.
If charging equipment is intentionally damaged, all repair costs are borne by the user.
You're encouraged to stay near your vehicle or monitor via the app during charging.
Move your vehicle away from the charging point as soon as charging completes.
Parking at stations may only be used during charging.

5. Pricing and Payment

Charging service fees are determined by the current tariff shown in the app and on the station screen. Prices include VAT. Payment is made via a saved credit card, mobile payment, or RFID balance. ADZE Charge reserves the right to change tariffs with prior notice.

Current tariffs:

AC Charging (22kW): 9.40 TL/kWh
DC Fast Charging (40-350kW): 13.40 TL/kWh

6. Cancellation and Refund

No refund is provided for energy consumed once a session starts. For sessions that cannot complete due to technical faults, the cost of unused energy is refunded to your account. Refund requests can be sent to info@adzesarj.com.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, software, and images on the website and mobile app belong to ADZE Enerji Teknolojileri A.Ş. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

ADZE Charge is not responsible for service interruptions caused by force majeure (natural disasters, power outages, technical faults).
ADZE Charge is not responsible for damages to user vehicles; except for proven station-related faults.
Station status shown in the app is real-time and may differ upon arrival.

9. Service Changes

ADZE Charge reserves the right to change services, tariffs, and these terms with prior notice. Changes take effect on the date of publication on the website.

10. Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising from these terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Istanbul Courts and Execution Offices are authorized for dispute resolution.
